To win, the selected participant must have correctly answered the skill-testing mathematical question on the official Contest entry form submitted online. Following the draw, a representative of Outbyview.com will notify the selected participant by telephone at the residential telephone number provided on the Contest entry form. If it should be impossible to reach the selected participant by telephone within the five (5) days following the draw, all his or her rights to the prizes drawn will be forfeited and another Contest entry will be drawn on the fifth (5th) day and the process of contacting an alternate participant will be repeated until such time as the prize is awarded. The awarding of prizes is planned for 1 March 2006 at 15:00 (Eastern Standard Time) at which time the winners’ names will be made public by Outbyview.com. If for any reason a prize is not awarded during the course of the Contest that prize will be forfeited.

The winner and his or her travel companion recognize and accept that, in winning and accepting the prize, the names addresses, telephone numbers and passport numbers will be divulged to travel suppliers such as airlines and hotels for the purpose of finalizing travel arrangements.

Prize travel does not qualify for Aeroplan mileage accumulation or that of any other affiliated program.

Once the airline ticket has been issued, the points of departure and arrival cannot be changed, the ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash and upgrades will not be permitted. Any changes made to the time or date of travel will be subject to a change fee of $50 CAD plus taxes. In case of loss, the ticket will not be replaced.

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organisation of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux (the “Regie”) for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
