the Outgames. For reservation dates
between 26 July and 6 August 2006,
please reserve online. Simply select
your check-in and check-out dates,
then click on "Search",
then choose your hotel.

by fax, e-mail or mail, you can download
the reservation form from the Housing
Bureau.

MONTREAL DURING THE OUTGAMES
Can a city
be gay?
 Yes it can, in every
sense of the word. Bold. Beautiful and oh, so
very, very passionate. Montréal is absolutely
the gayest place to be gay on the planet.
This is the congenial atmosphere
that fostered the development of one of the largest
and definitely the most vibrant, diversified,
active and the most integrated Gay Village in
the world.

bedtimes may come and go, but Montréal’s
night life keep going!
- DIVERSIFIED because Montréal’s
eclectic culture is on display everywhere you
look.
- ACTIVE because this is a city
of festivals, sports and cultural events.

restaurant, club, bar and hotel has its straight
regulars. (This erasing of boundaries works

 ACCOMMODATIONS
IN MONTRÉAL
We have prepared
a housing map for your convenience.
On it, you will find the principal hotels and
their approximate locations relative to all the
venues and activities programmed for the 1st World Outgames Montréal 2006.
As you will see, most hotels are
centrally located and within walking distance
of a Métro station (Montréal’s
subway system). Note that you will be able to
get to all of the principal sites and venues by
Métro in less than 15 minutes.
There is a price for every budget,
taste, and comfort. Almost all hotels offer single,
double, triple and quadruple occupancy per room.
 HOW
EARLY SHOULD YOU BOOK YOUR HOTEL?
As early as you possibly
can!
There are 10,000 rooms set aside for Outgames
participants and visitors. We are expecting 16,000
participants and 250,000 visitors in Montréal
for the Outgames. Hotels are booked on a first
come, first served basis.
So if you want to have the best
choice and benefit from the best possible offer,
book early! Many teams will want to stay together
in the same hotel-all the more reason for you
and your group to book early!
PRICES WILL
NOT CHANGE
All listed prices
will not change between now and the Outgames.
These negotiated prices have been locked and will
remain in effect until 5 August 2006.
