Who?
All participants registered for Sport or Cultural activities, Conference delegates, as well as Supporters, Media and Volunteers must be accredited in person to receive their Accreditation Card, the Conference Programme and/or Official Programme, Participant Guide, the schedule for their Sport and/or Cultural activity, the Souvenir Bag, etc.
Where?
The main Accreditation Centre is located
at the Palais des congrès de Montréal (the
convention centre), which has a direct link to the Place-d'Armes
métro station. The Palais
des congrès is located in Zone 3 - Centre-ville.
How?
To be accredited, participants from Canada will be required to show government-issued photo identification. For athletes from all other countries, a passport will be the preferred form of identification. In addition, each participant will be required to provide his or her registration number (registrant ID).
When?
See the table below for accreditation
hours applicable to you. Sport and Culture participants
who plan to be accredited on Saturday, 29 July are strongly
advised to arrive early to give you enough time to get
to the Olympic Stadium to prepare for the Athletes Procession
of the Opening Ceremony. You will be receiving more information
very shortly on the exact time and location at the Olympic
Park that you need to be before the ceremony.

Privileges
The Registraton Fee for Participants, Delegates and Supporters include your participation in both ceremonies (Athlete's procession).
 Your
accreditation card gives you access to the STM
métro and bus network between 20 July to
6 August. Simply show your card to the driver or the
metro agent as you go in.
