Blaquière, renowned epicure
and member of numerous guilds and gastronomic
associations, oversaw the evening’s
menu and thirty-six of Montréal’s
finest restaurants and hotels contributed
to the menu, inspired by cultures from
around the world, offering a feast of
flavours in true Montréal style.
This unforgettable evening
was co-hosted by Ms. Michelle
Courchesne, Québec's Minister
of Relations with the Citizens and Immigration,
and Mr. Gérald Tremblay,
Mayor of Montréal.
With the concept and
design Mr. Jean-Sébastien
Bruyère and the artistic
direction of Ms. Marleen Menard,
it was a evening of gastronomical delights
in a magical atmosphere, topped off with
music by DJs Mr. Smith and
Cassiopé.
