SPORT AND CULTURE REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee for Sport and Culture registrants includes* :

  • One event (sport or culture)
  • Participation at the Opening Ceremony
  • Participation at the Closing Ceremony
  • One métro/bus pass
  • A participation medal
  • Free admission as a spectator to your selected sport/cultural activities
  • Reduced admission fee to all other sports (as a spectator)
  • Participant Souvenir Bag which includes: city and transit maps, official games programme, souvenir poster and Montréal and Québec tourist information brochures
  • Rebate of $100 CAD for the International Conference
  • 20% discount for the games' souvenir book
  • Over a week of friendship, fun and discoveries!

Sport/Culture registrant receives $100 CAD rebate on Conference fee.
NOTE: Stand-by list only for programmed activities where all available places have been filled.

Maximum number of Sport / Cultural activities per registrant
Participants may register for a maximum of 3 sports and/or culture activities in total (ex. 3 sports / 3 culture / 2 sports + 1 culture / 2 culture + 1 sport).

Competitive pricing and one price for all

  • The registration fee includes one activity (sport or culture).
  • All fees given in Canadian dollars (CAD) and must be paid in Canadian funds.
  • International participants do not pay taxes. For residents of Québec and Canada, taxes are included in the registration fee.


CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee for Conference attendees includes* :

  • Attendance at Conference
  • Participation at the Opening Ceremony
  • Participant Information Kit which includes: city and transit maps, official Conference programme, souvenir poster and Montréal and Québec tourist information brochures
  • Rebate of $100 CAD for registration in first Sport or Cultural activity in the 1st World Outgames - Montréal 2006
  • 20% discount for the games' souvenir book

Conference Late Registration Fee (1 May 2006 - 1 July 2006) - Extended $525 CAD

GROUP INSTALMENT PAYMENTS FOR SPORT, CULTURE AND CONFERENCE
(available until 31 December 2005)

Teams, sport leagues, city teams, cultural groups and organisations registering for the International Conference wishing to pay by instalments may do so offline.

The following groups may elect to pay in instalments:

  • Teams of 5 players or more
  • Sport leagues (one sport) of 3 teams or more
  • City teams (multisport)
  • Cultural groups, ensembles or organisations of 5 persons or more
  • Organisations, associations or companies registering for the International Conference

In order to benefit, the team captain, group coordinator, or organisation representative must contact the Organising Committee of the 1st World Outgames by telephone, email or fax to arrange for registration of their group and payment instalment plan. Please contact the Finance Department for complete information.

REGISTRATION AND ROLES
For a detailed description of the Roles Definition and Entitlements, please read the Registration Policy.

Individuals wishing to participate in any of the following roles must register and pay online or, for those who do not have Internet access, by mail:

  • Athlete / Disabled Athlete (Sport)
  • Performer (Culture)
  • Conference delegate
  • Non-playing (Sport): Certified Coach / Manager / Technical Support
  • Non-performing (Culture): Artistic Director / Coordinator / Technical Support
  • Participant Supporter
  • Media

Individuals wishing to participate in any of the following roles do not pay registration fees but may register or request information online or by mail:

  • Official (referee, umpire, judge)
  • Volunteer
  • Local Host
  • Club Montréal 2006 Member (Expression of Interest - EOI)


BURSARY APPLICANTS
(available until 1 February 2006)

The 1st World Outgames Montréal 2006 will be providing full and part Bursaries to participants from our Outreach communities, as described in our Outreach Programme. Applications are currently available. For more information, consult our Outreach Programme.
